Jacob is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of ElkHorn Solutions, where he works across political consulting, artificial intelligence, public affairs and business strategy. His work is increasingly focused on connecting leaders across government, business, technology, energy and media, identifying where relationships, emerging technology and public policy can create opportunities or solve problems.

He is currently studying Political Science at the University of North Dakota with a focus on international relations and a minor in Leadership. His professional work has included AI and software initiatives, strategic consulting, and projects involving the energy and UAS sectors.

Jacob participates in the North Dakota Petroleum Council's Technical Solutions Group and Safety Committee, providing exposure to the technology, operational and safety issues affecting North Dakota's energy industry. He is particularly interested in public policy, emerging technology, energy, national security and government affairs, and the relationships between the public and private sectors.
