Anything you send us

Bookings and holds
A submitted Scout Session or Medora booking is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until we confirm it. We may reschedule or decline a request, and we ask that you tell us as early as possible if you cannot make a time you reserved.
No professional guarantee
Field notes and other content on this site are for information only. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and results described for one client do not promise the same for another. Work we perform for clients is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Availability and third parties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
